Daniel has been in the financial industry for over 14 years. After surviving a number of buy-outs in the private banking sector of Indianapolis, Daniel went to work at Charles Schwab. It was there that he obtained his Broker registration. He gained much experience working as a Trader through the Great Recession. He missed working face-to-face with his clients and when the opportunity arose to become an advisor for PNC Investments, Daniel jumped at the chance. Daniel flourished while at PNC and due to his achievements there, he caught the attention of JP Morgan Investments recruiters and Daniel was wooed away.
At JP Morgan he continued his education and became registered as an Investment Advisor Representative. About that time, Daniel and his wife, Erin, welcomed their first son, Quinn, and a few months later decided to relocate to the Rochester area - where Erin was raised. Andi Thiele
Andi has been in the financial services business for 30 years, having worked with Cindy for the past 13 years. Since having held her position in the financial field, she has tailored her skill set to address the servicing needs of every client. Andi interacts directly with potential and existing clients, increasing overall customer confidence. In addition to her duties as a Client Service Manager, Andi is a fully certified public notary and has completed all aspects of training through the Admin U Program.
Andi resides in the Sea Breeze area with her husband, Chuck. They have two sons, Robert and Paul and one daughter, Samantha. Her hobbies include bowling, relaxing with family and hanging out with her three grandsons; Dallas, Ethan and Skyler.

Kevin Guarino
Kevin became a valued member of the Clover Leaf Team in July 2019. His expertise lies in guiding new families and investors who aspire for early retirement. With a background that includes positions at firms like Goldman and Cetera, Kevin was drawn to Clover Leaf's comprehensive approach to client planning.
Originally from Fairport, New York, Kevin's association with Cloverleaf commenced following a meeting with Daniel, where they discovered a shared vision for success, both for themselves and their clients. He graduated with honors from the University at Albany, where he completed a double concentration in finance, further strengthening his skills in the industry.
Outside the office, Kevin is passionate about spending time outdoors. He enjoys the challenges and joys of golf, even if it sometimes means fishing a ball out of a lake, as well as surfing with his brother and friends.

Susan started working at Farmers Insurance Group in 1981 as a Customer Service Representative. In 1988 she became an Office Manager for an independent agency where she eventually met and started working for Scott Chaney in 1993. In addition to her duties as Office Manager, Susan brings a vast knowledge of client service and is focused on maintaining client relationships. She has been a Notary and Licensed Agent for over 30 years.
She resides in Marysville with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
